The interesting one. Egg mayo is usually a lunch filling in Thailand, and pairing it with crisp bacon gives you the softness of a mayo-bound filling with something that actually crunches. If you find fried eggs messy to eat at a desk, this is the tidier choice.

Egg Mayo Croffle — ฿145

A croffle is a croissant pressed in a waffle iron — crisp ridges outside, laminated layers inside. It holds a filling far better than a croissant does. This is the one people order when they want breakfast to feel like a small event.

Deluxe Bacon & Egg Bap — ฿190

A bap is a wider, flatter roll, which means more surface area and more filling. Step up from the bun in every direction.

Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bap — ฿220

Melted cheese changes the physics. It binds the whole thing together, which means it survives a delivery ride better than almost anything else on this list.

Big Breakfast Stack — ฿210

How to order it before work

The problem with breakfast is that the window is narrow. You want it at 7:45, not 8:20.

Order ahead for pickup. We open at 7:30. If you order through order.bru.asia on the way out of the house, it is made while you are driving and waiting when you arrive. No queue, no standing about.
