This is BRU's by-the-slice cake counter, baked for our cafe on Siam Country Club Road and sent out across East Pattaya every day we are open. Cheesecake is the strong suit — New York, BRU Baked, Marble, Lemon, Red Velvet, Mint Chocolate and the Choc Drop Cheesecake with chocolate sauce poured over the top. Alongside them sit three tiramisu (Classic, Matcha and Strawberry), Black Forest Cake, Carrot Cake, Coconut Chocolate Cake, Chocolate and Lemon Tarts, Apple Crumble and warm Chocolate Brownie. Cookies are here too if you want something smaller. Order a single slice with your coffee or a box for the office — delivery across East Pattaya, pickup at the shop, and app-free prices either way.
